Meek Mill recently spoke about “Ooh Kill Em,” the diss track that he made towards Kendrick Lamar. Mill also talked about whether or not he’s been offended by anything that Lamar has done.
“Nah, I ain’t offended at Kendrick,” Mill said in an interview with New York radio station Power 105.1. “I don’t think nobody should be offended at him. He rappin’. He havin’ fun. Only people that’s gonna be really offended is people that’s bitter.”
When asked about his diss track towards Kendrick Lamar, “Ooh Kill Em,” Mill maintained that it was not personal.
“I’m just rappin’ and havin’ fun at the same time,” Meek said. “I know him as a person. He’s a cool guy. I never felt like he disrespected me in no way.”

Rick Ross, who was being interviewed at the same time, also chimed in regarding Kendrick Lamar.
“Kendrick hustlin’ man,” Ross said. “Kendrick the homie. Sometimes that’s what you gotta do to plant your feet and you can’t knock that…But that’s the homie and homie hustlin’.”
Kendrick recently appeared to diss Meek Mill during a concert in New York. Their back-and-forth stems from Kendrick Lamar’s verse on “Control,” where Meek was mentioned as a rapper that Kendrick is “trying to murder,” even though they’re “homies.”
Aside from the diss aimed at Lamar, Meek has also released a diss track about another rapper, Cassidy.

“First of all, I wasn’t even supposed to get back at him at all,” Mill said about Cassidy. “A deejay just came to my studio. I was playing the records and he liked it a lot and I gave it to him. Actually, I really had it for like 6 to 8 months, since the situation. But everybody around me [said], ‘He gainin’ too much off the situation.’ So, I just held it. But a deejay came through, he liked it and he dropped it the next day…Nobody really thinkin’ about it.”
Cassidy has released several diss tracks about Meek Mill and the two have been at odds for at least a year. Mill most recently released a diss track about Cassidy titled “Kendrick You Next.”
