Although Canadian singer/rapper Drake’s name was noticeably absent from any chatter made in regards to the plethora of rap releases made over the last few weeks, Drake has still managed to secure the title of rapper with the biggest social media presence as part of an analysis made on behalf of Networked Insights.

The Young Money artist beat out the likes of Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and other notable emcee’s to attain the number one spot on the list thanks to the number of social conversations (Twitter, Facebook, blogs) made in regards to Drizzy over the span of one year.

USA Today reports that Drake sparked a total of 46,212,641 social conversations while Kanye West, the rapper who ranked second on the list, only managed 25,418,362 social media-led conversations.
