Hip Hop globetrotter Tech N9ne is on the road again and this time it’s for his forthcoming project Something Else, an album that involves critically acclaimed musicians like Kendrick Lamar, Cee Lo, and Wiz Khalifa, among others.
The 62-date tour lands at a slew of cities in the United States and Canada. The Something Else Tour commences on August 15 in Toronto, Ontario at the Rockpile Bar & Nightclub and concludes in the rapper’s hometown of Kansas City, Missouri on October 30 at The Midland Theatre by AMC. Tech’s 15-date Something Else Canada trek features fellow Strange Music representative Krizz Kaliko.
This North American tour adds to Tech N9ne’s already impressive travel history. The independent trailblazer has toured with Hip Hop icon Jay-Z and did 90 shows in 99 days for last year’s “Hostile Takeover Tour”, that run was a Hip Hop record for the longest continuous tour in rap history.
Tech N9ne’s 13th studio album hit’s various Hip Hop shops on (July 30), two covers and a tracklist have been revealed. Tech N9ne will be performing cuts off his record Something Elseon the upcoming tour.
