The-Dream’s next project, IV Play, will feature a number of high-profile acts, who the singer explains all have something in common.
“If you notice what I do, I kinda try to keep it in the same loop of things,” explained Dream on BET’s “106 & Park.” “I don’t bow down to the pressure of what people want you to do, or get the next person that’s hot.”
“If they’re on my album, it’s because I believe in them, and I have a certain type of love for them,” he added. “You won’t find somebody on my album that I’m not good with.”
The-Dream got into specifics. “I got [Beyonce], Kelly Rowland… I got twelve bars today from Big Sean, of course. Jay’s on there.”
“We had to make sure we know what clique we represent,” he said.
The-Dream recently dropped the Parental Advisory mixtape.
