A day after the one-year anniversary of Nate Dogg’s passing, Warren G has given an update on his previously announced collaborative EP No One Can Do It Better with the late crooner.

During an interview with XXLMag.com, the Regulator revealed that the first single from the project, “A Party We Will Throw Now,” will feature Game and that the EP could arrive on April 17.

“It’s pretty much done,” he says. “I might drop it April 17 right after our first Coachella show. If not, by mid-May or June. Shit… I might decide to go hard virally with it.”

Describing the sound as “that genuine G-Funk sound that we’re missing,” Warren G emphasized how important it is to keep the memory of his fallen friend alive. Additionally, Warren reveals that he has 25 to 30 songs recorded with Nate, and that he will release his EP Regulate the G-Funk Era in mid-July with two Nate features.
