Lil Jon & Public Enemy’s Chuck D To Appear On Meat Loaf’s Upcoming Album

Lil Jon and Chuck D are slated to appear on rock veteran Meat Loaf’s upcoming album Hell in a Handbasket. Speaking with Billboard.com, Meat Loaf explained that the two will end up on his impending studio release, due in February 2012, and how the collaborations came to be.

“[Chuck D] was going to do one thing, and he came back and did something else and we flipped out,” says Meat Loaf, who was introduced to the Public Enemy rapper through his son-in-law, Anthrax’s Scott Ian.

During his time on the reality show competition “Celebrity Apprentice,” Meat Loaf met Lil Jon, who lends some of his crunk swagger to the Paul Crook-produced LP.

    1. I like each of them individually, but together, this sounds like a project that will be pure crap. While Meat Loaf is at it, have someone call Shabba Ranks and Carnie Wilson.

      1. haaaaaaaha! Also, in recent news, Meatloaf has added Tito Puente, Femi Kuti, Gucci Mane, & Brad Paisley to his list of collaborations for his new record. WTF?!
