On Thursday, June 9, New York City’s NPR affiliate WNYC will host Mic Check: A NYC Hip Hop Showcase at the Jerome L. Greene Performance Space. The event produced in conjunction with WNYC’s long-running music program, Soundcheck with host John Schaefer. He will also host the event.
Acts performing include High Water Music emcee Homeboy Sandman, Blitz The Ambassador and Nitty Scott MC.
