50 Cent has taken his time putting together his upcoming fifth album, tentatively titled Black Magic. But after several delays, the G-Unit henchman has revealed that he’s almost finished with his forthcoming LP, and that it he’s only one song away from completion.
“I finished my new album now,” he told Ellen DeGeneres during an appearance on her show. “I’m actually one song away from being done. I’m mixing the record. I’m excited.”
While the Queens, New York rapper has released a string of freestyles over the past few months, he promises that fans will get a new record off the project as early as this summer. “This summer they’ll have new music from me,” he added.

Fiddy previously branded his fifth album the “2011 Get Rich or Die Tryin’.” For the project, he worked with several producers including The Cataracs, Soulja Boy and David Guetta.
