Jay-Z’s Roc Nation roster could be getting another member. The media mogul is allegedly in talks to sign English singer Cheryl Cole to his imprint, which also houses Jay Electronica, Santigold, J. Cole and more.

Cole has reportedly been the apple of Jay’s eye for a minute. “Jay-Z has been keen to sign Cheryl for some time now. He has been in talks with her UK management to bring her to Roc Nation and Cheryl herself is keen to sign with him as she is a big, big fan of him andBeyonce,” wrote M Is For Music. “She knows that signing to Roc Nation would guarantee her massive success.”

Over in her native England, Cole has logged 20 consecutive top 10 singles, which includes four chart-topping hits. She began her career in the U.K. as a member of pop group Girls Aloud, and will now serve as a judge on the U.S. edition of The X Factor.

Jay is also in talks to help her ex-husband Ashley Cole start an urban record label. He most recently approached England’s Tinie Tempah to sign to his famed label though lost the opportunity, while his latest British signee K. Koke was arrested for attempted murder.
