At last night’s (February 13) 53rd annual Grammy awards, Hip Hop was of course a noticeable presence but seemed to miss out on the Grammy’s most notable awards.

B.o.B (“Nothin’ On You”), Eminem (“Love The Way You Lie”), Cee Lo Green (“Fuck You”), and Jay-Z (“Empire State Of Mind”) all lost Record of the Year to Tennessee country group Lady Antebellum (“Need You Now”).

Lady Antebellum also beat out Cee Lo Green’s “Fuck You” and Eminem’s “Love The Way You Lie” for Song of the Year.
