Less than three weeks into his latest sentencing, rapper DMX was released from jail early. The Yonkers, New York veteran was sentenced to 90 days for reckless driving, but served only 18.

Only July 26, the Ruff Ryders star turned himself in for a 2002 arrest where he was alledgedly driving while intoxicated. After a plea bargain, the rapper was sentenced for the lesser reckless driving charge.

Earlier this year, an album titled Mixtape was released by Siccness Records of new DMX material. The rapper is said to be working on a 2CD album, and presently shopping for a label deal.
