The RZA’s latest project, a martial arts film titled Wu-Tang Vs. The Golden Phoenix, is coming to fruition, as a trailer for the movie has now been made available.
Featuring memebers of Jackie Chan’s stunt team, a 34th-generation Shaolin Monk, and Dr. King Ogun Ali Muhammad, the movie is filmed in the style of older martial arts movies, many of which are sampled in Wu-Tang Clan songs.
The RZA will star alongside Robert Li as a Wu-Tang disciple, and will direct the film as well.

To clarify, this movie is not the same as RZA’s upcoming film Iron Fist, which was thought to be RZA’s directorial debut.
