DJ Scoob Doo, the videographer who followed and filmed rapper Lil Wayne before his prison sentence, has revealed to XXLmag.com that he’s hoping his footage of Wayne will be used for a television show on a major cable network.

“A media network like HBO could have the best impact because they won’t try to censor it,” DJ Scoob Doo told XXLmag.com. “They push the envelope of what they show.”

A portion of Scoob Doo’s footage of Lil Wayne was used for MTV’s Road To Rikers, but unreleased footage of the now incarcerated rapper still remains.

“You could just imagine what I could have just being with the team, and being with Wayne on his countdown to jail and even when he didn’t know he was going to jail,” DJ Scoob Doo explained. Ever since No Ceilings came out, and even before that, it’s a lot of shit that I’m trying to catch people up with behind the scenes in what’s goin’ on.”
