Ice Spice Hits Back At Ozempic Rumors With Gym Routine

Ice Spice has hit back at rumors that she has been using Ozempic to lose weight by posting a workout video.

After sporting a noticeably slimmer figure in recent months, some fans started to speculate that the “Munch” rapper was taking controversial weight loss drug Ozempic.

Spice previously denied the claims and has uploaded a video of her putting in the work at the gym.

The Bronx rapper’s workout video saw her working a lot of weights, while mixing in some cardio and exercises that strengthen her core.

In true Ice Spice fashion, she also offered some thirst trap yoga poses.

She pointedly captioned the video: “We beatin them allegations bae.”

Spice recently criticized those who have been talking about her body.

She said on X Spaces: “I actually came on here to talk about that real quick. I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic. That’s one thing I wish. Oh my God! Like, what even is Ozempic? What the fuck is that? Genuinely, what is that?”

Spice added: “You lazy-ass bitches never heard of a gym? It’s called the gym, it’s called eating healthy, it’s called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting at home all fucking day, it’d be easier to stay big.”

Sexyy Red previously came to Ice Spice’s defense after people started commenting on her apparent weight loss.

Addressing the rumors that Spice was taking weight loss medication, Sexyy remarked: “Y’all act like people can’t b stressed or not eat as much and she still look good so next…”

Despite the speculation over her appearance, fans have still been enjoying Ice Spice’s social media thirst traps.

She recently shared a dump of pictures on Instagram, with one of the photos showing a sweaty bum outline on the seat of a gym machine — proof that Spice has indeed been putting in work in the gym lately.

Another slide found the “Munch” star flaunting her famous derrière in a revealing thong bikini, soundtracked by a her recently released “Did It First” collaboration with Central Cee who she has been rumored to be in a relationship with, though she denied the claims.

    1. Heres the thing about ozempic, if youre using it, who cares ? All it does is take away hunger urges. Whats wrong with that ?why cant we get Lizzo on ozempic ? People with careers dont have time to go to a gym. Going to a gym is for jobless women that have simps paying their bills. If you can take a pill and skip the gym, more power to you. Time is money.

      1. Maybe because people who actually have diabetes and aren’t rich/famous, who rely on insurance for their meds, need it more than some fat fuck who has a shitload of money but won’t take their lazy ass to the gym while they post selfies talking about “losing weight and looking great”. Jesus Christ, you’re an idiot. Stop posting on here jackass.

    2. In 10 years there will be so many Ozempic lawsuits 😂 People will mindlessly take anything and believe anyone.

This bitch looks like she has Down syndrome.
