The Red Hot Chili Peppers are getting ready to head out on the road next year, and they’ve announced that they’ll be bringing some unexpected company with them: Ice Cube and Kid Cudi.

The veteran rock band announced on Monday (December 4) the latest leg of the tour to support their 2022 albums Unlimited Love and Return of the Dream Canteen. It will run from late May to late July of 2024 and have a variety of openers, including Cube and Cudder.

Cudi will join RHCP on June 5 in Salt Lake City, Utah and July 2 in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, while Cube will be on the bill for three dates in the South: Tampa, Raleigh, and Virginia Beach.

Kid Cudi was thrilled at the announcement, calling it “one of the most epic things to happen to me” in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

On previous legs of the band’s world tour, which began in 2022, supporting acts have included Nas, A$AP Rocky, The Roots, Post Malone and Thundercat.

Ice Cube is currently in the middle of some European shows with Cypress Hill and The Game. Kid Cudi, for his part, restarted his “Cudder’s Clubhouse” concert series with two shows in New York City in October.
