Its an eventful week, as Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Bobby V and Dipset all debut. Coming in at #2 on the charts are Bone Thugs, whose newest album Strength & Loyalty sells an impressive 119k in its first week. Bobby Vs Special Occasion debuts at #3, with 92k on the week for the DTP crooner.
Dipset doesnt do as well, as the crew debuts at #26, with only 23k on the week for More Than Music, Vol. 2. Meanwhile, back at the top of the charts Ne-Yos Because of You is holding it down with 88k in its second week (340k overall). Akons recent troubles dont seem to be affecting him too much, as the singers album Konvicted only drops one spot to #12, with 38k on the week (2.3 million overall).
Timbalands Shock Value seems to be losing steam, as the album drops 14 spots to #40, with 18k this week (310k overall). Ironically, one of Timbos projects Nelly Furtados Loose jumps up 11 spots to #29, bringing in 23k this week (1.7 million overall). Paul Wall, too, slips as Get Money, Stay True drops 5 spots to #50 pushing 13k units (203k overall). Two spots below is Young Bucks Buck the World, down 14 spots from last week. Buck manages to sell 12k this week, bringing his total to 300k.
Musiq Soulchild is showing some strength on the charts, as Luvanmusiq moves up 5 spots to #30, selling 21k this week (363k overall). Joe isnt so lucky, as Aint Nothing Like Me falls from #14 to #34, with 20k on the week (152k overall).
