Scarface is set to drop two albums this February – one via Rap-A-Lot Records, and the other via Koch.
The Houston rapper will release the compilation My Homies Part 2 on Valentines Day, February 14, which will feature collaborations with Ice Cube, Lil’ Flip, Bun B and fellow Houstonian, Mike Jones, amongst others.
A week later, February 21, Scarface will drop Scarface Presents The Product: One Hunid, a group effort with Will Hen and Young Malice. The Koch Records release will feature production from The Alchemist, John Bido, and Tone Capone.
According to The New York Post, Jermaine Dupri is shopping for a book publishing deal. With his memoirs tentatively titled Young, Rich and Dangerous, the book will give readers an inside look into Dupri’s life and experiences working with the likes of Bow Wow, Mariah Carey, Kriss Kross, and Usher.
Yukmouth has returned with another release, this time, a 38 track double disc mixtape, titled Million Dollar Mixtape. The release also features comedic interludes from Shawn Williams, Bushwick Bill, and characters Linno Da Winno, Tommy Da Tweaker, and Hagi Springer. The tape sees Yukmouth spit over current beats, such as Young Jeezy’s Air Jordans, Rhymefest’s Brand New, and Jazze Pha’s Beautiful Feeling. Additional production comes from acclaimed producers DJ Fingaz, Dow Jones, DJ Rick Lee and DJ E-Rock.
The Million Dollar Mixtape is the prequel to Yuk’s forthcoming LP, Million Dollar Mouthpiece, which is due out later this year.
