On Wednesday, Snoop Dogg pleaded innocent to charges of deadly weapons possession. The charges stem from a time in November 2006, when Snoop was stopped at an airport for what security believed was a collapsible baton in his luggage.
Snoop couldn’t make the court date in California,
but managed to get his plea in via his lawyer. The baton actually
expands from 8-21 inches and it is classified as an illegal weapon.
This can carry a maximum 3 year prison sentence.
