The Black Eyed Peas’ leading lady Fergie is
ready to go solo. While the star may get assistance from fellow BEP’er
Will.I.Am, the singer has been gaining a tremendous buzz around London Bridge, the first single/video for
the album.
Assistance will not only come from Will.I.Am. Expect
guest spots from Hip-Hop and R&B acts including Ludacris,
Rita Marley and more. Production for the album will be
held down by Will.I.Am and Pelow the Don among
others.
She is the first act to release an album under the Will.I.Am
Music Group.
Her album, The Dutchess should arrive at a store
near you September 19.
On a related note:
Last month, we reported that another young female is under Will.I.Am’s
label. Tila Tequilla is rumored to be the next
artist to drop after Fergie. Already calling herself the
baddest bitch, Tila may drop her album next year.
Aside from helping these artists, Will is
also said to be hitting the lab with Diddy, who asked Will
to aid him with his new album.
Currently, the Peas
are also touring. From now until December, the Peas will
hit spots from Hawaii to Canada with various stops around the United States.
