    Toronto’s finest, Saukrates, has been very quiet since signing to Redman’s Def Jam imprint. While he has had some legal troubles with his old label, he has also been busy writing and producing for Jully Black and producing Choclair’s sophomore album. He has had time to work on his next album, which Choclair says that we should see by the end of the year…

    Talk about odd couples, Everlast and Rahzel have formed a group. They are calling themselves “Last of the Real B-Boys.” I hardly think that is true…The PMD of EPMD has signed a deal with Solid Records, look for collaborations with Erick Sermon and K-Solo…Seven Heads Entertainment, home of Asheru & Blue Black, will be releasing an EP from UK producer Richy Pitch. It will feature label mates Asheru and Mr Complex as well as J-Live, Apani B Fly and El de Sensei…

    Another one bites the dust, Nu Gruv is the latest indy label to cease operations…There is word going around that Nature is going to be releasing a dis track aimed as Nas. The cleverly titled “Nas Is Not” is apparently on the level of “The Takeover” in terms of insults that make you go “oooh.”…According to hiphopsite, Louis Logic is almost complete his debut LP which will be titled “Sin-A-Matic.” Production will include Celph-Titled, JJ Brown and The Molemen…and I’m out, for those that celebrate, have a good Easter, Peace.
