    Common’s Secret Show


    Common
    is
    readying a show for a select group of fans in an undisclosed location in Los Angeles
    on July 16th. The Nissan
    sponsored show will have Com pumping
    up the release of his upcoming album, Finding
    Forever
    .

    The first 200 fans to email their name, location and why
    they love Common will possibly be
    allowed to attend the concert. People who apply must be 13+ in age and will be

    Raekwon on Ice Water

    Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon is set to release the debut
    album from the Ice Water clique through
    Babygrande Records.

    The four man crew, made up of Polite, Stomach, P.C. (Paulie Caskets) and D.C. (Donnie Cash) are trying to put
    Staten Island back on the map. Long time fans of Raekwon may remember Ice
    Water
    from appearances on several tracks from Rae’s last album, The Lex
    Diamond Story
    (2002).

    “We knew these cats had potential way back, but the timing
    wasn’t right. I always kept a radar on dudes, and when I felt they was ready
    mentally and lyrically, I helped ‘em get on,”
    Raekwon states. “I’m training these pits. I’ve got them on
    the treadmill, and I’m beating ‘em, feedin’ ‘em hot sauce and steaks, so
    they’re ready for this industry.”

    Method Man, Busta Rhymes, Rick Ross, Three 6 Mafia,
    Remy Ma, Jagged Edge and more all make guest appearances on the debut album.

    Raekwon presents Ice Water Polluted Water hits stores August 28th, 2007.
