The Dipset divide has deepend, as former members of the New York set Hell Rell and Jim Jones take it to the court of law.
Hell Rell has named Jim Jones, Koch, Tycoon Entertainment, Babygrande Records and E1 in a lawsuit, claiming that the rapper and labels cheated him out of royalties.
Hell Rell was signed to Koch/E1 in 2007, during which time he released one album, Hell Up In Harlem.
In 2008, Rell released 2008’s Black Mask, Black Gloves on Babygrande Records.
Currently, Rell is signed to Money Maker Entertainment/EMI. His third album, Live From Hell, is due in stores October 8.
