“I’m only 24 years old, so I can’t say any rappers that were before me because I don’t know their music,” she said at the 1:19:30 mark. “So, I’m gonna say Lil Wayne. I think Lil Wayne is one of the best rappers in the world. […] Chief Keef. Drake. Eminem. And JAY-Z.”

The rapper (real name Gloria Hallelujah Woods) has never shied away from sharing her opinions.

Recently, the Memphis native shared a succinct tweet about the central figure of Dolly Parton’s 1973 hit “Jolene,” which Beyoncé notably covered on her latest album Cowboy Carter.

“I woulda shot Jolene,” the 24-year-old joked about the song, which was written from the perspective of a woman who is insecure about someone more beautiful than her stealing her husband.

For her part, Parton recently shared her love and appreciation for Beyoncé after she became the first Black woman to top Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart with “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

“I’m a big fan of Beyoncé and very excited that she’s done a country album,” Parton wrote on social media. “So congratulations on your Billboard Hot Country number one single. Can’t wait to hear the full album. Love, Dolly Parton.”

Meanwhile, GloRilla has been gearing up for her new tour and mixtape, and she’s been sharing the results with her fans.

The Memphis rapper took to Instagram on March 23, sharing a video of herself doing some squats with weights in her hands.

“Getting ready for da Hot girl summer tour like [sunglasses emoji] @theestallion what we doing ??????? [three eyes emojis],” she wrote in the caption, which prompted Megan Thee Stallion to reply, “lol what we doinggggg.”

The post comes just days after she revealed the NC-17 rated cover art for her new mixtape, Ehhthang Ehhthang, along with an announcement that the new project will arrive on April 5.
