Rob49’s condition is unknown, while there is no indication that French Montana was injured in the shooting. A witness told TMZ the Bronx rapper’s security escorted him out of the area safely and without incident.

Cellphone footage showed Montana and Rob49 filming the video in the back of a car outside the restaurant prior to the shooting. The two rappers have a new collaboration called “Igloo” on French’s Coke Boys 6: Money Heist Edition project, which dropped on Friday (January 6).

A witness named Ced Mogul who was among those watching the video shoot said someone in the crowd was robbed of his watch, keys and wallet before the shots rang out.

“[He asked to] call his mother and see if we can get spare car keys and make sure, you know, he’s OK, and then the gunshots went off,” Mogul said. “It was, like, at least 13, 14, 15 gunshots. It was very rapid, it sounded like an assault rifle.”

He added: “I took off running, and I was looking back, but I was like, ‘You know what? Let me just duck first, and then people started asking me, you know, ‘Can you help me?’ When I realized people were asking for help, there was nothing you could do about it when you got shot.”

According to a law enforcement source, three different crime scenes are being investigated, although the other two are unknown. Miami Gardens Police Chief Delma Noel-Pratt told reporters they believe it’s an “isolated incident.”
