Freddie Gibbs has chosen fan-favorite “Zipper Bagz” for the next single off of his $oul $old $eparately album, and he’s served up a cinematic visual for the Kaytranada-produced track.

Directed by Freddie himself alongside his manager Ben “Lambo” Lambert and Harley Astorga, the video takes viewers through a drug deal gone wrong that finds the rapper on the run.

Gangsta Gibbs is gearing up to hit the road with Def Jam artist Maxo, kicking off with three sold-out California shows beginning March 24. The tour will hit a few other spots in the Golden State before wrapping up north of the border in Canada on April 8.

$oul $old $eparately was released in September 2022 and serves as Freddie’s major label debut. In January, he teamed up with Anderson .Paak to deliver a special two-song medley from the project on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Gibbs recently revealed that he’s working on four joint albums following the success of $$$. While he didn’t offer many details about the projects, he did tease collaborations with heavyweight producers The Alchemist, Madlib and Boi-1da.

“I’ma hit y’all with some shit that y’all thought y’all was ready for, but you really ain’t ready for,” he said in an interview with XXL. “Alchemist and Madlib ain’t goin’ nowhere, so keep that in mind. And me and Boi-1da in the studio now real, real, real heavy.”

He added: “I’m making the best music of my life, so it’s no reason to stop. And I’m the king of R&B, so I gotta do that album as well.”

The Gary, Indiana native also revealed a handful of names on his wish list of future collaborators, including Kodak Black and Future — his “current favorites,” according to XXL — as well as JAY-Z and Lil Wayne.
