Foxy Brown to Provide DNA Sample in FL Trial

    Foxy Brown has been ordered to provide a DNA sample for her pending trial for the assault case in which she allagedly spit on the owner of a Pembroke Pines, FL beauty supply store.

    Brown was arrested and charged with battery on Feb. 15th when a conflict with the owner of the Queen Beauty Supply store occurred.

    The rapper was sampling the store’s hair products when the owner ordered her to leave, as the store was closing. According to the owner, Brown came out screaming obsceneties, threw hair glue at the man and even threatened him.

    Allegedly, she even spit on the man, which is where the DNA tests will porvide useful.

    That night, Brown resisted arrest, bringing her charge to battery and obstruction of justice.

    As previously reported, the rapper turned down a plea deal on May 18th, and will stand trial on Sept. 24th. If convicted, Foxy faces up to a year in prison.
