Fetty Luciano has dodged an attempted murder charge — but he isn’t out of the clear just yet — as he’s still facing over a decade in prison for remaining charges.

On Friday (March 3), the 27-year-old rapper faced downgraded charges as he was arraigned on a nine-count indictment in connection to a shooting that took place at an exclusive Long Island pool party last summer — with prosecutors noting a lack of evidence needed to charge him with the crime, reports say.

They did, however, slap Luciano with three counts of second-degree assault and one count each of criminal possession of a weapon, attempted second-degree assault, misdemeanor assault and reckless endangerment for the incident that left three wounded.

“This defendant allegedly brought a loaded gun into a crowded private event and, during an altercation, discharged the weapon and struck three victims,” Nassau District Attorney Anne Donnelly said. “Thankfully, the defendant’s alleged reckless actions did not cause life-threatening injuries to the victims and no one else was hurt.”

While Luciano — who pleaded not guilty to the charges — avoids the attempted murder charge, he still faces up to 15 years in the clinker. His next court date is reportedly scheduled for March 31.

The incident took place at The Mansion in Glen Cove at around 5 p.m. on July 10, when a security guard reportedly attempted to break up a fight between two people before gunfire erupted. The shooting occured near the front entrance of the lobby, with the victims suffering non-life-threatening injuries and were treated and released from the hospital.

Between 150 and 200 people were in attendance at The Mansion, which serves as an event venue as well as a hotel with 187 guest rooms and suites.

“It’s a bit of a shock, yeah, it’s a surprise,” Glen Cove Mayor Pamela Panzenbeck said at the time. “This is just a beautiful venue. It’s used for high school reunions, weddings, fundraisers, for events, and things like this don’t happen here.”
