Cuban Link levied some heavy allegations against Fat Joe earlier this week, claiming his fellow Terror Squad member once snitched on multiple gang members. Link provided alleged paperwork to prove his case, which was supposedly obtained by media personality Star.
“Fat joe exposed on snitching charges,” Cuban Link wrote on Instagram. “Big shout out to star for reporting the truth and keeping it [100] percent across the board!!!
“Now you might understand why I couldn’t get along with that animal but I guess let’s wait for the authenticity of this here paperwork.”
But Fat Joe is calling cap. On Friday (August 27), Joey Crack addressed the allegations in an Instagram Live video, calling the paperwork the most “fabricated” in “all of mankind.”
“Joe Crack the Don has never been a rat in his life, has never told on a person in his life,” he said. “I’d kill myself before I tell on somebody. Let’s be clear about that. Whether you know it or not, I’m at another level in my life. I’ve worked very, very hard to get to where I’m at.
“So I have friends, the biggest in the world, the biggest in the game, hitting me up like, ‘Yo Joe don’t respond to these people, you’re bigger than that. They’re trying to bring you down.'”
He continues, “Mind you, I’m in Hermes. Today’s about love or hate. Now, we call people haters, but are they really haters, or do they hate that people you?”

From there, he suggested Cuban Link is simply jealous of his success, “washed up” and wanted to knock him down a notch, then directly commented on the paperwork.
“This is the most fabricated, false paperwork I’ve ever seen in the history of mankind,” he said. “This is disgusting. “Those guys on that paperwork, I don’t know them. They don’t know me. So you put a little white-out on a piece of paper and you write Joseph Cartagena’s name.
“And you guys break my heart if you fall for that. You guys are disgusting ’cause I am the one guy who’s successful and still walks these streets.”

First of all, it is not easy to see if the document is a forgery or not. The resolution on the camera is not good enough to see if Joe Crack’s name is mentioned or not. But let’s suppose it’s a fake document and Joe Crack’s name is on it. Who would be stupid enough to show a a forgery federal document on a media ?? Forging a federal document is not only a crime but it also exposes you to serious criminal charge in that matter. Second of all, of course Joe Crack is never going to publicly admit he’s a rat. The most common sense thing to do for a rapper who used to claim being “street” is to deny that kind of shit. Therefore Joe Crack denying this is not that relevant. Personaly, I’ve never felt that fat whale. He has always sound fake to me. Like 90% of these rappers anyway.
First of all, I’m pretty sure it was an NYPD report and not a federal document. Second, showing a forged document on social media isn’t a crime if it’s something someone else gave to you and you specifically state that you’re not certain of the authenticity (as both Star and Cuban did). It’s only a crime to forge the document yourself or try to use it and represent that it’s real with the knowledge that it’s fake (like presenting a fake ID to an officer or something along those lines). I don’t have any bias, as I’m not a huge Fat Joe fan, but he is always HD a pretty solid rep among people who were really in the street. If it is real, I’m sure there are plenty of other people who were around him back in those days (or the people who were allegedly snitched on themselves) who can come forward and say whether he knew these people and could’ve snitched on them or not.

First, I’ve never said showing a forged document is a crime. I said it’s stupid if the one doing it didn’t check his source. Second, being an informant doesn’t necessarily mean you have to know the people you tell on first hand. It might be some criminal activities you heard about from people who are actually in contact with the offenders.
