Fabolous spent some time over the holidays reflecting on his two-decade relationship with Emily B after the couple welcomed their third child together in 2020. The veteran Brooklyn rapper took to Instagram on Monday (January 4) to share the beauty of starting a family and growing old with a long-term partner, rather than the polygamous nature of rap that’s often pushed and portrayed inside Hip Hop culture.
“I know the cool of this generation is being savage & not giving a fuck,” he began. “And all the rap songs say money over everything & everybody is sleeping wit somebody else’s man or woman. But fa real.. having a partner to love, share life with, raise a family together with, & make each other better is real GOALS.
“That’s the real COOL. That’s really WINNING!! Love You @emilyb_.”
Followers such as Dipset legend Jim Jones and actress Lala Anthony saluted Fab’s growth and candidness when opening up about his relationship goals, while others weren’t so kind with their reactions.
“Not having to go thru trauma to experience this type of love is even cooler,” a fan chimed in under Fab’s Instagram comments.
Another Twitter user wrote, “I really don’t understand how people admire Fabolous & Emily B’s relationship. This man knocked her teeth out!!! Like, we ain’t coming back from that. Ain’t enough captions, pictures, or outfits in the world.”
The couple had a “violent encounter” in 2018 in which Fabolous reportedly knocked out the reality star’s two front teeth after allegedly punching her in the face seven times.

Following the alleged domestic dispute, Fab — born John Jackson — turned himself in to authorities and was booked on aggravated assault charges and making terroristic threats, before being released from police custody shortly after.

Casanova 2X was on Drink Champs a while back and he made a good point: Where’s the blood? There was video after the alleged incident and there wasn’t blood visible on her shirt or her face. You mouth bleeds like crazy after losing a tooth but she had 2 knocked out and she’s clean? Ya’ll know I’m not for conspiracy theories or female bashing but this one never made sense to me.

They act like he didn’t experience trauma. Always the woman who is a victim. Men are more aggressive physically, and most of the times, stronger, but that don’t mean we don’t suffer like a mf (mostly mentally) in relationships dammit
Don’t get me wrong, if a female was to use violence on me I’m finna protect myself 100%, I agree that women mentally abuse men but come on bruh, sending her teeth across the room? Thats going a bit far for retaliation, he must have hit her pretty damn hard. I can happily say I’ve never hit a female , even in relationships that was crazy.
Everybody knows how to point fingers at someone else. There’s always room for progress and change. Yes, he knocked her teeth out but He learned ( hopefully) and she’s still with him. Now they have their third child. Nobody is perfect. Not even yourself.
It’s expected for women to run their mouths about somebody else’s happiness but when men are doing it that’s a different kind of trait..
