Fabolous Meets With Mike Brown’s Father

Various artists from the Hip Hop community have travelled to Ferguson, Missouri following the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in August of last year.

Brooklyn, New York rapper Fabolous recently visited the city and met up with Michael Brown’s Father, Michael Brown Sr.

Taking to Instagram yesterday (January 18), Fab posted the photo where he and Michael Brown Sr. can be seen holding their hands up in protest, and in support for the Ferguson movement.

“Brother Shaheed, Myself, & Michael Brown Sr. Coming to St. Louis it was important to me as a Brother, as a Man & as a Father to go to Ferguson & see it for myself & to also meet Michael Brown Sr.,” Fabolous wrote. “His strength gives us all strength! My heart, prayers, & respect goes out to the Brown Family. Thank You@loosecannonslim for makin this happen! #RIPMikeBrown #JusticeForMikeBrown #DontShoot #Ferguson #STL”

    1. roc nation really got this brother puttin in dat work trying to push his album. too bad the gesture is a little late and kinda corny to publicize this. where was fab in the summer?

    2. All of these blind individuals. You’re picking the wrong cases to try to bring justice to. Im not saying there aren’t cases of racial injustice out there, but the MB case and Eric Gardner case are the wrong cases to say we need justice for. Both of them resisted arrest which is step #1 for the wrong thing to do. When a cop says put your hands behind your back, that’s not the time to get tough. If you think you were profiled, let the men and women downtown figure that out, they dont have guns.

      1. that was a well written hot steamy pile of doo-doo. see. while you scared, we out addressing the problem of over aggressive policing and shoot to kill, not disarm. word to the white dude who got killed in the back seat by the white cop who cried, and the new mexico guy who got killed on the hill. now go away in shame sucker
