Eminem has received an on-wax response from Suge Knight‘s son after his decades-old diss song “Smack You” leaked online.
A collaboration with Polish rap group Elita Kaliska, “Ocean Krwi” finds Suge Jr. taking aim at “internet gangsters” who “dry snitch” and make threats online, while also calling for his father to be released from prison.
While the target of his verse is anonymous, the Death Row heir explicitly described it as a rebuttal to “Smack You” in a statement about the song.
“Eminem claims that the song was created in the mid-2000s. It’s strange that it’s being released now, when my father has no chance to defend himself. It’s also strange that he had many opportunities to tell him all this to his face, but didn’t have the courage,” Knight said, per NME.
He added: “An honorable man doesn’t kick the defenseless, so I decided to defend my father’s honor and record my response as part of a song that happened to be about this topic. If Em claims that this song is from two decades ago and declared in it that he will reveal the alleged truth about my father’s connection to the attack on ‘Pac, then where is his truth? Maybe he will finally have the courage to confess it?
“However, in the song, I mainly discuss the topic of online hate from anonymous people and the rumors that my father killed 2Pac. They were best friends, and although many bad things can be said about my father, he cannot be blamed for ‘Pac’s death.”
Suge Jr. then implicated Diddy in the 1996 killing, saying: “The world will soon learn a lot about this attack — I’m sure Diddy knows a lot about it, and I could even present evidence in this case, but I’ve already talked about ‘Pac once I said it and that’s where I’ll end it. I want to live.”
On “Smack You,” which leaked in January, Eminem blamed Suge Knight for the deaths of both 2Pac and Biggie, rapping: “I’m holding Suge responsible for the deaths of the two greatest rappers to ever grace the face of this planet.”
The Detroit native then added: “If only the late, great Mr. Christopher Wallace could talk / He could tell you himself / I’m holding Suge responsible for the death of Ja Rule or anyone else down with Tha Row.”
I agree Eminem is a fraud and vulture zionist but your dad was fake too not a real thug. If you really bout it you need to confront him and his artists especially that fake thug he signed Ez Mill.
Hey look it’s the Kanye dickrider again who can’t stop using the word zionist
Kanye is a culture vulture. He used Talib, Mos, and Common and pretended to be an underground rapper only to become the next P. Diddy.
Lil Suge whatever you go by bro you have to smoke the white boy you can’t rap him if you want to teach him a lesson
Suge deserves all the bad karma in the world.
He got it too. Rotting away in a cage
Embarrassing
This kid said he didn’t know who eminem was last year. Now he’s writing diss tracks to him over an unreleased song. Do something better with ur time, Junior. go visit ur old man in prison or something
So the correct response would have been to leak that “brutal” career destroying diss song he allegedly recorded that totally exists, no really, no cap!
“An honorable man doesn’t kick the defenseless, so I decided to defend my father’s honor“
– your “honorable” father drove over 2 people and killed one of them, ran extortion/drugs/beatings/murder etc in death row for years, ripped off his hottest producer and artists, blackmailed people and so much worse.
em made a diss track about your bish dad.
i think we know who is the honorable one here junior and it isn’t you
