Eminem has been on hiatus for quite some time.
With a “Relapse” freestyle released last year, many fans were expecting
the comeback in 2009. Now, it appears clear that 2009 will in fact be
the year for Slim Shady’s next album, one that has been highly anticipated for a long time. This morning, Eminem’s “Crack a Bottle” [click to listen] leaked onto the net. This time, Mr. Mathers has help from 50 Cent and Dr. Dre, who also crafted the beat.
“The platinum trio is back on you hoes,” Em says to a thunderous Dr. Dre produced track.
“This one begins where the last one ends/Pick up where we left off and get smashed again,” Dre warns.
This only furthers anticipation for Eminem’s upcoming LP. The anticipation has been built due to his long absence from the recording industry. In that time, Em
has been working on other projects for artists in his label and just
taking time off. This release indicates a comeback for the Aftermath emcee and follows yesterday’s leak of a 50 Cent track, also produced by Dr. Dre.
