Many artists have given their time and music in an an effort to encourage more Latino representation in the 2010 U.S. Census. A compilation disc has been created to help lure fans in. Voto Latino is offering a free download when fans pledge to fill out a Census form.
Mos Def, Pitbull, Ozomatli and Kinto Sol have provided music to the cause, among many others. The diverse tracklist for Be Counted: Represent! shows it all.

In other news, much has been said about Wholetrain. The film, about graffiti writers, has already won several awards. The film’s soundtrack has also garnered some publicity as it features KRS-One, Freddie Foxxx, O.C., Planet Asia, Afu-Ra, Grand Agent, Tame One and many more. Graf writers Neon, Won, Cemnoz, Pure and Ciel also shared their talents for the project. KRS also added his take on why the film deserves recognition.
“Everybody with a mind will see that Wholetrain is a great movie,” he said in a statement.
The film can be viewed on in April at the Phillyfest and RiverRun International Film Festival. The film will also be submitted to the13th Bradford International Film Festival.

what a bunch of dum asses. thats how the whites get all their money for school, communities and other stuff. money is allocated byu the census and when black and brown say they not doing it, guess where the money go. its not that hard do fill out unless your a dumba$$. do your reserch, but i guess if its not lil wyane then you dont care. how lil wyane gave money to your hood. hahhahaha
