DreamDoll has been both open about and proud of the plastic surgery she’s gotten over the years, but now she’s ready for a new era.
During an appearance on The Zeze Millz Show published on Sunday (July 21), Dream and Zeze got into a conversation about the rapper’s come-up in the strip clubs of New York and how it influenced her to make changes to her body.

“It’s like, I went and got surgery [because of the pressure],” Dream admitted around the 9:00 mark – but now she wants to go back to the real thing.
“I kind of want to transition back to my natural body,” she revealed. “I feel like natural bodies and more slim-thick, I feel like that is what’s in right now. I wish I could have my A cups back so bad because I miss little boobs. It be hurting my back and stuff. It’s like nothing fits. All my stuff has to be custom, tailored. It’s a lot of maintenance. I’m tired.”
Back in 2021, DreamDoll seemingly began the process to head back to a natural body as she got a reverse BBL of sorts with a hip removal and butt reduction.
“So I just completed a hip removal and a butt reduction,” she said on Instagram as she showed off the results. “This is my fourth time in the process — ya have to be patient, okay.”

In unrelated news, she also came out as bisexual that year to kick off Pride Month.
“Happy Pride Month I’m proud to announce that I’m Bisexual,” she wrote alongside a rainbow and heart emoji with a picture of herself straddling a colorful horse.

DreamDoll hasn’t been shy about hiding it in her music. Many of her fans and friends in the industry already had a clue about her sexuality. Dreezy chimed in under the comment section, “Sis we already knew!”
The New York native has hinted at her bisexuality in the past on tracks such as the Fivio Foreign-assisted “Ah Ah Ah” in 2020 where she replays a story of leaving the club with a girl.
“Came with my n-ggas/And left with a baddie, uh/The way that she eat it/I might call her zaddy, yeah/Yeah, she all on my titties/She all on my fatty/And after we done, I give her a Uber,” she raps.
DreamDoll then took to Twitter to address the love she’s been receiving in her direct messages, but made sure to put the “ignorant guys” in their place.

“I’ve been getting so much love and comfort in my dms,” she wrote. “I love it here Some Guys are so ignorant just because a woman is bisexual don’t equal 3 sums nor does that mean she want to share her girl with y’all crusty asses tf !!!!”
