Kendrick Lamar may be grabbing all the glory right now with his Grammy sweep and impending Super Bowl appearance, but it looks like Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR are determined to garner some attention for themselves too.

On Monday (February 3), Drizzy and PARTY announced that their long-awaited collaborative album, which was first announced last summer, will be arriving just days after K.Dot’s performance at the big game this coming Sunday (February 9).

The Canadian superstars shared a short video that contained what appears to be an excerpt of one of the songs from the record — and also announced its release date and apparent title.

“$OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U, FEBRUARY 14,” they captioned the post. Check it out below.

Drake first announced the existence of the duo project during PND’s PARTYNEXTDOOR & Friends concert at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on August 2 of last year.

“I know all you girls are outside and when it gets a little chilly, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be right there for you,” he said.

Several days later, during a brief chat with personality Awaiz Punjani, PND revealed how many new songs were then in process.

When asked his favorite song he’s made with the OVO boss, he said, “The one we doing right now – all 15 we doing right now,” revealing how many tracks the duo were working on for the new LP.

In November, PARTYNEXTDOOR assured fans the album would be finished when he wrapped up his Sorry I’m Outside Tour – of which the final show was on November 6 in London.

The following month, Drake told Adin Ross that the project would drop in 2025.

During his Christmas giveaway stream with Ross, Drizzy gave an update on the album and promised he’s “loaded” with music for the upcoming year.

“I’m loaded [for 2025.] Me and PARTY’s [album is] honestly one of the projects I’m most proud of in my life,” Drake said. “I’ve always wanted to make a full album of that – of our sound, Toronto sound, R&B. So it’s just the best that both of us have to offer. Listening party has to be in the city. I think ’25 will be a shift. I think people wanna just get back to like just dropping their shit.”
