Drake‘s longtime associate OVO Chubbs has appeared to take a shot at LeBron James after the USA basketball team took home the gold medal at the Olympics.

On his Instagram Stories, Chubbs congratulated Jayson Tatum, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant but made no mention of James when celebrating the USA’s 98-87 victory over hosts France.

Drake himself also reacted to the win by posting a picture on his burner Instagram account of Curry, who has been a vocal supporter of the 6 God’s in his recent beef with Kendrick Lamar.

LeBron, on the other hand, was previously seen enjoying Kendrick’s Drake diss track “Not Like Us” and even attended the Compton native’s Pop Out concert last month.

In a social media post last week, LeBron appeared to extend an olive branch to Drake by sharing a photo of him rocking Drizzy’s Nike Air Force Ones sneakers that have “Love you forever” etched on them.

He also added an infinity symbol emoji to the post, seemingly implying that his affinity for the Certified Lover Boy was eternal.

Though the NBA legend has been a close friend and supporter of the 6 God’s since he broke into the music industry, many felt that lines were drawn in the sand when he was spotted rapping “Not Like Us” word for word at K. Dot’s aforementioned concert.

Soon after the show, Drake posted a mirror selfie of him wearing what appeared to be a Cleveland Guardians jersey with the words “Summer League” stamped over the image, which many took as a dig at LeBron’s turbulent relationship with the city of Cleveland.

Alternatively, Curry appears to be team Drake through and through and has even criticized how much burn “Not Like Us” has been getting.

In a video of him warming up with Team USA teammates LeBron James and Anthony Davis ahead of a pre-Olympics game, “Not Like Us” began playing over the speaker system, to which Curry remarked: “Damn with this song! It’s not the only song in America.”

LeBron could be heard replying: “Personally, I love it.”

Curry was referenced by Kendrick Lamar on his diss track “Meet the Grahams” where he urged the former NBA MVP (as well as LeBron) to “keep their family” away from Drake, who he accused of keeping the company of sex predators.

Despite the warning, the Golden State Warriors star recently reaffirmed his loyalty to the Toronto native.

“I’m a big Drake guy,” he told GQ. “I have been for a long time. I think obviously you know what it is for the rap industry to have that, but I still rock with Drake. Absolutely. Absolutely.”
