Drake has revealed his NBA Finals predictions, and he’s heavily backing the Denver Nuggets with a seven-figure wager.
Just prior to Game 1 between the Nuggets and Miami Heat on Thursday (June 1), the 6 God posted a couple of Stake betting slips on Instagram pledging his allegiance to Denver.
One $250,000 bet finds Drake predicting that the Nuggets will finish the Heat off in 5 games, which would net him $850,000. The other has Drizzy confidently laying out $1 million for the Nuggets to win the series, which would put an extra $230,000 in his deep pockets.
If both of his bets come through, the OVO Sound boss’ total winnings will amount to $1,080,000.
“FINALS 2023 @stake,” he captioned the gambling post.

The Denver Nuggets were heavy favorites coming into the series and cruised to a 104-93 victory in Game 1 behind a 27-point triple-double performance from Nikola Jokic and 26 points courtesy of Jamal Murray, who — like Drake — also grew up in Ontario.
Drizzy’s bets are off to a good start and he’ll no doubt be hoping the Nuggets can carry their momentum into Game 2, which is scheduled for Sunday (June 4). It would be the franchise’s first-ever championship if they can win the race to four.
The Her Loss hitmaker is never shy to put his money where his mouth is and throw out some hefty wagers when it comes to sports betting.
Drake will continue his lucrative partnership with Stake this weekend when he hosts a $1 million giveaway on Saturday night (June 3).
The Kick live stream will feature a possible appearance from Instagram model Corinna Kopf, who Drake offered to treat to a foot massage during the broadcast.
“THE BOY IS BACK TO CRACK A SAFE @stake SATURDAY THE RETURN OF THE BTC BANDIT AKA ROULETTE RANSACKER AKA PRAGMATIC POACHER AKA HACKSAW HIJACKER,” he wrote in his caption. “I might massage @corinnakopf feet live on air you just never know TUNE IN.”
Kopf — who boasts seven million Instagram followers — took the flirty foot massage offer in stride as she replied in the comments section: “I’m waiting.”
