The 6 God is also no longer following NBA superstar LeBron James, who appeared to side with K. Dot in their high-profile beef, as well as former Torono Raptor DeMar DeRozan, who made a cameo in the Compton rapper’s “Not Like Us” video.

Playboi Carti has also been cut from Drake’s following list, with fans speculating it’s because of his recent “Timeless” collaboration with The Weeknd.

The Atlanta rapper appeared on a leaked version of Drizzy’s recent song “No Face” but was removed from the finished product without explanation.

Interestingly, Drake has not yet unfollowed Future despite his rolee in the “20 vs. one” battle against his former collaborator that unfolded this past summer.

The unfollowing spree comes as fans expect the October’s Very Own hitmaker to stage a major comeback this month after spending much of the year on the back foot to Kendrick Lamar and co.

Drake, who celebrates his birthday on October 24, may be gearing up to release his teased joint album with PARTYNEXTDOOR in the coming weeks.

Drake announced the project earlier this year but further details remain scarce.

During one of PND’s shows in Toronto in August, Drizzy surprised fans by coming out and saying: “I know all you girls are outside and when it gets a little chilly/ PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be right there for you.”

Asked by Awaiz Punjani what his favorite collaboration with his OVO Sound boss was, the R&B singer replied: “The one we doing right now — all 15 we doing right now.”

Despite fans awaiting a new full-length project from Drake, he has been steadily releasing tracks in recent months through his 100 Gigs series.

100 Gigs has been a huge content dump of outtakes, behind-the-scenes clips and brand new songs to keep fans busy in the aftermath of his headline-grabbing feud with Kendrick Lamar.

Some of the tracks have received official releases including the aforementioned “No Face,” which appeared to include a shot at Kendrick and Drake’s other enemies.

“N-ggas got lit off the features I skated on / I gotta know, I gotta know / How you get lit off the n-gga you hatin’ on? / Numbers untouchable, they got the data wrong,” he rapped on the song.
