Diddy’s son Quincy Brown has removed a strange face tattoo after receiving negative responses.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday (February 21), the actor and singer documented the laser removal process of his tattoo, which spelled out the word “Perfect” and was located under his eye.

“We’re at the laser place, okay?” Quincy explains in the video, shortly after someone off camera says: “The people hated it so much.”

The 32-year-old captioned the post: “I’ve read the comments. Thank Q for y’all’s honesty. Thank Q @aestheticqueenco you the people’s champ!”

Commenters on the post were skeptical as to whether the tattoo was permanent in the first place, though.

One user wrote: “Idk if it was ever a real tattoo [questioning face emoji].”

Another added: “You can’t do a laser tattoo removal when the tattoo is super fresh. You need months in between to let the tattoo heal and then start the process. This whole situation doesn’t seem real [melting smiley emoji].”

Others were surprised that Quincy, whose father is New Jack Swing singer Al B. Sure and whose mother Kim Porter began dating Diddy in the 1990s, was even listening to commenters on the internet in the first place.

“You listened to random ppl on the internet about your own face?? [crying laughter emoji],” one person wrote. “I wouldn’t get a face tattoo but I also know I have no darn right to tell someone else what they can and can’t do with their face, body etc.”

Quincy Brown isn’t the only child of Diddy’s to stir up controversy of late. King Combs recently addressed claims that he is associated with a street gang after seemingly repping the Gangster Disciple Killers.

In a video posted online, the Bad Boy Records heir can be heard shouting out “GDK” and throwing up hand signs known as “the rakes.”

The clip led to questions being raised about King’s gang affiliations, with Chicago rapper King Yella openly criticizing him in a video posted to Instagram.

“Why would you even try and involve yourself into a GDK movement?” Yella asked. “You were born rich and famous. What are you doing?”

Yella also claimed Combs once phoned him for advice about doing drill music, to which he told him not to because he wasn’t from “the streets.”

King Combs then denied having any association with GDK, writing on his Instagram Stories: “I ain’t affiliated w no gangs & im not a gang member!!”
