JAY-Z, Beyoncé and LeBron James are among several high-profile names mentioned in a wild new rape lawsuit filed against Diddy.
According to TMZ, a man by the name of Manzaro Joseph claims that he was raped, sexually assaulted and humiliated at one of the Bad Boy boss’ alleged “freak-off” parties in April 2015.
The suit alleges that Diddy was hosting a birthday party for his son Christian Combs at Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s mansion in Miami and forced Joseph to wear a penis mask at the event.
He claims that he was initially drugged and transported to the property, where Gloria ordered someone to call an ambulance after seeing the “drug-induced stupor” that Joseph was in.
The plaintiff says that Estefan’s husband Emilio silenced her and led her away, after which he saw LeBron James wearing nothing but a towel.
He claims the NBA star saw him and said: “Y’all better do something about that!”
Joseph then alleges that he was led down a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion by porn star Adria English, which is where he says he saw JAY-Z and Beyoncé.
In the suit, Joseph claims that he heard a shocked Bey say: “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?”
According to the suit, somebody working for Puffy responded: “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”
Joseph claims that the night continued with him being stripped down to a thong and degraded by Diddy and English.
He also alleges that the party was attended by famed jeweler Jacob Arabo, who remarked: “What’s this? What’s going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis strapped to his face?”
Though they are mentioned in the suit, JAY-Z, Beyonce, LeBron James and Gloria Estefan are not being sued by Joseph.
He is instead suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan, Adria English and Brendan Paul, who was previously suspected of being Diddy’s drug mule.
Puffy has denied the allegations through his legal team, saying: “This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story.
“Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies — and the perverse motives of those who told them — will be revealed.”
JAY-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro also vehemently denied the claims, saying: “Mr Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident — he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice system.'”
It is true that on the night of Christian Combs’ birthday party, JAY-Z attended a TIDAL event in New York, with photos showing him in the Big Apple, hundreds of miles away from the alleged incident.
LeBron James’ legal team also blasted the lawsuit, commenting: “This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”
Brendan Paul’s lawyer also denied the claims within the suit: “Is this an April Fool’s Day joke? If someone seriously filed this lawsuit, the allegations against Brendan are 100% false and literally impossible to have occurred.
“Brendan was still in high school in Ohio at the time, having never even set foot in West Palm Beach in his life. It’s unfortunate that anyone who pays the filing fee and gets directions to the Courthouse can file a frivolous lawsuit. We will be seeking an immediate dismissal of the case, and appropriate sanctions.”
