Diddy has made what is now his fourth attempt at receiving bail in his ongoing sex trafficking case – but he’s going to have to wait for a decision.

The embattled mogul appeared in a New York City courtroom for another bail hearing on Friday (November 22), where he was joined by six of his seven children, his mother and exes Sarah Chapman and Misa Hylton.

TMZ reports that Diddy’s proposed bail package sits at $50 million with his Miami Beach mansion as collateral, along with house arrest, 24/7 security and no contact with alleged victims or witnesses. While the judge has chosen not to make a decision until next week, he did immediately say that house arrest at the Miami home won’t work because there is a dock there.

Diddy’s legal team then proposed other options, including his three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan. A final call will come before Thanksgiving.

Should bail not be granted, Puff will likely remain behind bars through his trial date of May 5, 2025.

The news arrives amid claims from Diddy’s lawyers that the security footage of him assaulting Cassie was “edited and manipulated” by prosecutors in an attempt to stop him from being released on bail.

In a legal filing on Thursday (November 21), the mogul’s attorneys alleged that prosecutors showed the judge a different version of the tape than the one leaked by CNN earlier this year.

One of Diddy’s lawyers, Alex Shapiro, claimed the clip was an “altered video that omitted key scenes and presented events materially out of order.”

She further alleged it was “an edited, manipulated version of the video published by CNN.”

Diddy and his team have hired a forensic video analyst to compare clips of Diddy assaulting Cassie in 2016. The analyst claims the video shown to the judge “omits footage” and “does not accurately depict the events.”

One point of contention is that prosecutors have said that the Bad Boy boss threw a vase at Cassie, but his lawyers claim he only threw the contents of the vase at his then-girlfriend, which is said to have been a bunch of flowers.

Diddy has repeatedly denied that the assault footage is evidence of sex trafficking or related to his alleged “freak off” sex parties, instead claiming that it was a domestic issue between a couple.
