I always just kind of assumed that he was, but according to Del himself, he is not, nor has he ever been a member of the Gorillaz. He was a large reason, probably the biggest reason, for the success of their first single “Clint Eastwood.” He also appeared on numerous songs on their album. Not to mention, he is tight with Dan The Automater, who is the groups producer. Strange, no?
In other Del news, he is currently doing some studying for his future projects. He is doing this in order to become song writer and producer according to Davey D. In order to do this he is studying the science and mechanics of music. He is currently working on some new material that should display his new musical knowledge. Look for his new single “One Trip” in the next month or so.
