Danja Wins Songwriter Of The Year At The SESAC Awards

    Nate “Danja” Hills has been making beautifully mixed noise for the last three years. Since assisting Timbaland on The Game‘s “Put You Onto Game” in 2005, the Virginia-born, Miami-based producer and songwriter has made hits for DJ Khaled, Trey Songz and T.I., including his hit of the moment “No Matter What” [click to listen].

    Last Thursday, at New York’s SESAC Awards won “Song of the Year” and “Songwriter of the Year,” both awards garnered for Nelly Furtado‘s “Say It Right.” The producer was in attendance to receive the awards.

    Danja has won three Grammy Awards previously, as well as charted 10 #1 Billboard singles, with the aforementioned Furtado song included on this list.

    In 2008, Danja is working with Usher, Missy Elliot and T.I.
