Chrisean Rock has shown how strong she is after attempting a 315-pound barbell deadlift and was very close to completing a full rep.

In a video that surfaced online earlier this week, Rock is seen working out in a gym with her boyfriend Blueface standing close by as she attempts to deadlift the barbell with weighted plates equaling 315 pounds. The Internet personality shows off impressive form once she starts her rep and shows she knows a thing or two about weightlifting.

Chrisean Rock brings the barbell up to about three-quarters before she lets it drop to the mat. People in the gym were shocked to see her almost complete the set with her small stature, but Rock shows she barely broke a sweat.

“That’s 310″” Chrisean Rock asks before Blueface and a trainer tell her she lifted 315 pounds. “I said 300, yo. I don’t want that shit. I’m going to be hurting in the morning, though.”

She continues: “Yo, I liked that. Now y’all making me want to hit it.”

Chrisean Rock’s display of strength shouldn’t come as a surprise being she used to be a star athlete in track at Santa Monica College in California. She used track as an outlet to escape her rough life in Baltimore, Maryland, and was even highlighted in the city’s WBFF “Maryland Moment” segment in July 2020, where she spoke about her sports career.

Things didn’t pan out for Chrisean Rock in the sports world, and she ended up going down the Hip Hop route and aspired to become a rapper. She eventually met Blueface, and the rest is history.

The latest chapter in the Blueface and Chrisean Rock saga has seen them tie the knot in a new music video for a track called “Dear Rock.” Internet comedian Charleston White spoke on the couple during a conversation with Akademiks last month and claimed Blueface needs to handle Rock the same way she treats him — and that’s by putting his hands on her.

“You kick her ass and leave her alone,” White said before Akademiks started accusing The Zeus Network — the app that houses Blueface and Chrisean’s Crazy In Love show — of bringing a whole level of ratchet vibes to the culture.

“Back then, you told the police man she done something wrong and you convince the police she done something wrong you get to whoop her again,” White added. “Equal opportunity, equal right, women want the same rights as men.

“It’s called mutual combative, if you hit me and I hit you and the police show up and we both agree to fight and nobody go to jail. Bitch if you hit me, I’m hitting you, now let’s tell the police we had a mutual combative, so don’t nobody go to jail. Bitch you hit me.”
