The IRS filed two federal tax liens against Brown last year for $2,245,561.50 and $1,059,967.78. The R&B star also allegedly owes $739,067.48 to the state of California, bringing his grand total to $4,044,596.76.
Brown must pay the massive sum as soon as possible or else both the state and the federal government will move in to collect. The docs show his Tarzana, California estate and multiple businesses will be the first to go if Breezy doesn’t cough up the cash.
The filing comes after Breezy flexed his massive wardrobe on Instagram, showcasing a “department store” worth of clothes with hundreds of items on display.
The filing also comes after the singer dropped a bag at his youngest daughter’s birthday party earlier in January.
In a series of posts shared to Instagram by both Brown and his daughter’s mother, Diamond, the proud parents commemorated the Winter Wonderland-themed milestone with friends and family on January 8. And when the cake came out, Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely” soundtracked the moment.

Both of Chris‘ other children were also in attendance: his 8–year–old daughter Royalty, whom he shares with Nia Guzman, and his 3–year–old son Aeko Catori, whom he welcomed with ex-Ammika Harris.
As for new music, Breezy surprised fans with a preview of a new unreleased song featuring a Michael Jackson sample just before Christmas.
In an Instagram post, the singer shared a two-minute-long snippet of the Hitmaka-produced song, titled “Transparency, but revealed he hasn’t been able to release the song due to the sampling of Jackson’s “The Lady In My Life.”
“I know y’all been on me bout dis one ….,” Brown wrote. “(We couldn’t clear the sample and we felt it took away from the song if that music wasn’t there ) everybody and they momma ask me bout this damn song.”
