“I feel like people got betrayed,” she added. “It’s just like, damn, y’all not caring about nobody. Then, it really gets me upset that there is solutions to it. There is a solution. I know there’s a solution because you’re spending billions of dollars on any fucking thing.”

Cardi went on to criticize U.S. spending on war efforts in Ukraine and Israel: “[America] don’t pay for endless wars for countries that have been going through shit for a very long time. There’s countries [where] kids are getting killed every single day, but because the [U.S.] won’t benefit from that country, they won’t help.

“I don’t like that America has this superhero cape on. We never did things to be superheroes. We did things for our own convenience.”

The Bronx rap star also admitted she was concerned about being “blackballed” due to her criticism of U.S. supporting Israel.

Cardi B previously criticized budget cuts in New York that were brought in by mayor Eric Adams.

Speaking on Instagram Live last year, she said: “In New York, there is a $120 million budget cut that’s going to affect schools, public libraries and the police department. [Ed. note: the $120M figure is only the amount that’s being cut from pre-K and 3-K programs — the total cut in education funding will be around $547M this fiscal year alone]

“And a $5 million [reduction] in sanitation. Bitch, we are going to be drowning in fucking rats… It’s going to affect the whole New York […] I don’t give a fuck the resumé they send, I’m not endorsing no fucking presidents no more. How is there a $100 million budget cut in New York City?”
