Cardi B has expanded her empire, launching a new venture with Revolve Group for a beauty line, a fashion brand and more.
Announced on Tuesday (April 1), the collab introduces Bardi’s first personally-owned apparel and beauty brands while also marking Revolve’s entry into the beauty industry. And they have plans to turn it into a billion-dollar empire.
Talking to WWD about the new deal, Cardi explained how important quality is for her.
“I could shop every single day, but there’s always that one pair of jeans that I love. There’s that tank top that I love, and I don’t care how many stains are on it, I’m gonna wear it, because I just love it,” she said. “I want my brand to have that one piece that you buy, that you love, that it makes sense. If it’s a size small, it should be a true size small; if it’s a size large, it should be a true size large.”

In an Instagram post, Cardi added: “Coming from a Caribbean family the goal is always to OWN! Our belief in leaving this earth and leaving our children is leaving them with something! What our parents and grandparents work so hard for was real ownership! I’ve been very successful in my career and forever grateful for my success! But in my mind I know that when I leave this earth I would like to leave my kids more than property and a music catalog.
“I want to leave them wit something they can carry for generations to come, something that their mother built from the ground up. I’m excited to announce my business ventures! I wanted to get into something I’m very passionate about and most importantly something that I know so much about. It has taken me years to perfect and tailor make it and here we are! To my partners, to my team thank you for believing in my vision!
“Thank you for believing in me! I remember a time I used to be focused on making everyone else proud and meeting everyone else’s expectations but in this new season the only person I’m focused on out doing and making proud is myself! P.S my dress is from my line! Coming Soon!”
While fans have waited nearly eight years for a sophomore album from Cardi B, she says it’s pretty much in the can now – so hopefully she won’t pull a Rihanna and never return to music as she flourishes with her other income.

Speaking on X Spaces, she hyped her eagerly anticipated project by saying: “The features on my album are really good. I don’t have a lot of features but I’m working with artists, some that I have worked with before and some that I haven’t worked with before. And the ones that I have not worked with before, I feel like it’s gonna really, really surprise y’all.”
Cardi continued: “It’s such a vibe. I’m 100 percent confident with this album. I just don’t think what I got is out there. I gave y’all some clues on my features, that’s it.”
A release date has not yet been set.
