Cardi B has cleared up any rumors about an alleged beef with La La Anthony following their now-viral interaction at this year’s Met Gala.
The annual star-studded fashion event was larger than ever. In honor of the late designer, Karl Lagerfeld, celebrities wore their finest gowns (and suits) to honor the legendary fashion icon.

Cardi B was the star of the night with multiple outfit changes throughout the event. Yet, it wasn’t just her style that caught the attention of fans.
After a Twitter user quoted tweeted a clip of Cardi B’s red carpet interview with La La Anthony, and suggested “she couldn’t stand her,” others concurred that perhaps Cardi wasn’t that thrilled with the interaction.

However, Cardi B responded, and said it wasn’t the case: “Not true …..I talk to Lala more then any celeb …She knows everything !!!( if your ever need some she knows all the contacts) She has helped me ALOT !!!!,” she wrote.

In other Cardi B news, the rapper’s recent co-sign left fellow Bronx rapper Scar Lip in tears, after she reposted the rising star to her Instagram Story.
The Invasion of Privacy hitmaker reposted a clip of Scar Lip from The Neighborhood Talk‘s Instagram page showing the burgeoning rhymer rocking a black dress and mask ready to partake in the Met Gala celebrations.
“I love her,” Cardi B captioned her Instagram story, sending a heartwarming message of support to Scar Lip.
The rap rookie could barely contain her excitement and quickly posted a video on IG capturing her disbelief, to the point she cried and kneeled on the floor because Cardi was showing her love.

“Cardi B just posted me,” she said while crying tears of joy. “She inspired me. She from The Bronx, bro. I’m from The Bronx. She showed us young girls we could make it and we could be something, bro. I can’t fucking believe this shit. We did it.”
“My dreams just came true @iamcardib just said she loves me I can’t take this,” she added in her caption.
