Capone was arrested yesterday on charges of child-support evasion after failing to fork over $160,000 dating back to 2004.
According to NY Post, the rapper, best known as N.O.R.E.’s partner-in-rhyme in C-N-N, was released on a $10,000 personal-recognizance bond, and must pay $1,500 a month until his 12-year-old daughter turns 21. Prosecutors claim that the emcee has only made three payments in eight years, amounting to $144.
“It is what it is,” he said outside of court yesterday. “I know it looks bad on paper, but I take care of my daughter.”
Capone was arrested in his New Jersey home and his travel will now be limited to New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

If you pay outside of the system, the Judge or Commissioner will commend you for “…doing what you are suppose to do”. But they will straight face tell you,”that’s not child support”.
