It appears that Cam’ron will be joining Eminem on the list of rap cameos set to appear in the forthcoming Adam Sandler film, Happy Gilmore 2.

In a recent post to his Instagram in front of the logo for his newest talk show Talk With Flee, Killa posed with his staff and wrote, “Put the whole team in da movie. #HappyGilmore2.”

In November, it was reported that Eminem had traveled to New Jersey to shoot some scenes for the film as well.

“Em is a big fan of the original movie, and he was a total pleasure to work with. He was just super low key, he didn’t have a big entourage, and was just an absolute delight on set,” an anonymous source told The U.S. Sun.

The source continued, saying that the Rap God had “good comedic acting skills.”

While Cam’ron and Eminem will seemingly just be making cameos, Kid Cudi will star alongside Adam Sandler in the sequel to the 90s cult classic.

Deadline announced Cudi’s inclusion in the Netflix film in October, though they noted that his role – as well as the film’s plot – is still under wraps.  Julie Bowen and Christopher McDonald will be reprising their roles of Virginia Venit and Shooter McGavin, respectively, and Sandler previously teased that both Travis Kelce and Bad Bunny will be making appearances as well.

Sharing the news in a post to Instagram, Cudi wrote: “I’ve been wanting to talk about this for a minute!!! This is so fuckin HUGE. Its been a long time dream of mine to work w Adam, hes my favorite, and his movies and comedy made up my childhood.

“Another dream come true. BLESSED!! Get ready, this ones gonna be EPIC.”

In other news, Cam’ron recently revealed he turned down one of New York City’s highest honors due to its association with embattled figures like Diddy and Eric Adams.

Speaking on his sports talk show It Is What It Is, the Dipset rapper said that Mayor Adams’ office recently offered him the ceremonial key to the city but he said no.

“You know what’s crazy? This is word to everything I love,” he told co-host Ma$e while discussing the bribery and fraud charges against Adams. “Last month, they called me to see if I wanted the key to the city. I said, ‘I don’t want to be involved with nothing.’

“They offered me that shit. They said, ‘Cam, you want the key to the city?’ I was like, ‘That ain’t really up my alley right now. I’m cool with the key to New York City, man.’”

Cam then questioned the value of the honor, saying: “Where does that get you? I don’t want nothing to do with the keys to the city and the n-ggas giving ’em out, the n-ggas who previously had ’em. I don’t got nothing to do with the key to the city.”
